1. Neck Rolls

Start by sitting up straight in your chair. Gently drop your right ear towards your right shoulder and slowly roll your head forward, bringing your left ear towards your left shoulder. Repeat this motion 5-10 times to release tension in your neck and shoulders.

Interlace your fingers and stretch your arms out in front of you with your palms facing away. Slowly lift your arms overhead, keeping your shoulders relaxed. Hold this stretch for 15-30 seconds to open up your chest and shoulders.

Sit sideways in your chair with your feet flat on the floor. Place your right hand on the back of the chair and your left hand on your right knee. Twist your torso to the right, looking over your right shoulder. Hold for 15-30 seconds and then switch sides to stretch the other side of your spine.

Extend your right arm out with the palm facing down. Use your left hand to gently press the fingers of your right hand towards you. Hold for 15-30 seconds to stretch the muscles in your forearm and wrist. Repeat on the other side.

Stand up and place your feet hip-width apart. Slowly hinge at your hips and fold forward, letting your head and arms hang towards the floor. Hold for 15-30 seconds to stretch your hamstrings and release tension in your back.
